WATCHING VIDEOS!

You need a video player to view our programming. If you don't have one, go to our video players page for instructions on obtaining one for free. If you're already set, simply choose a sport from the menu on the left side of the home page. When you do so, a list of specific video lessons will appear. Choose the lesson you want to view. You will need to read a disclaimer and agree to its terms before the video you select can be viewed. If you agree, our video interface page will open. To play your video, simply choose the video player and the connection speed from the options on the right. Enjoy.
