You must be connected to the Internet at a minimum speed of 56K and have a video player to watch our programming. The following players can accommodate streaming video and are available for free download: 

	Real Player 7. Real Network’s latest player presents state-of-the-art images and audio.
	Quick Time. A high-quality option from Apple that works on Windows-based machines as well.
	Windows Media Player. Microsoft’s player is the default option on most Windows-based computers.
